Dall’iniziativa pubblica “L’Italia e il gap nella Logistica, un possibile recupero: come?” organizzata da NITEL a Roma il 25/01 u.s. emerge una serie di problematiche aperte alla cui soluzione il potere politico sembra non essere in grado di fornire risposte.
Il NITEL con le venti Università che raggruppa (nel cui Consiglio Scientifico sono presenti i Ministeri dell’Università e della Ricerca, delle Infrastrutture, dei Trasporti, dello Sviluppo Economico, degli Interni, dell’Economia e delle Finanze, dell’Ambiente e della Tutela del Territorio e del Mare) ed il Comitato d’Indirizzo costituito da RFI Gruppo Ferrovie dello Stato, Autostrade, Anas, Finmeccanica, Poste Italiane, intendono formulare delle proposte operative al fine di far sì che il nostro Paese non perda i benefici derivanti dall’onda d’urto che l’Est sta apportando all’Economia mondiale e traducibile con l’incremento di almeno l’1% del nostro PIL. Di questo scenario segnatamente fa parte la Cina con la quale è stato istituito un Comitato Governativo congiunto che ha predisposto e redatto il MOU ( Memorandum Of Understanding) che in data 13 novembre 2006 è stato sottoscritto dai rispettivi Ministri degli Esteri Li Zhaoxing e D’Alema. Ora, per la parte italiana, è necessario dare dei segnali concreti per l’attuazione dei diversi punti fra i quali vi è quello relativo ai ” Porti e la Logistica “.
La proposta dell’Università motiva il perché dell’individuazione di un’area sovra-regionale significativa con la funzione di piattaforma logistica. Inoltre indica le forme e gli strumenti giuridici necessari affinché l’iniziativa passi da proposta a fatto concreto.
Il NITEL, nel comparto della logistica con cadenza semestrale monitora lo stato di avanzamento delle politiche e delle iniziative stabilite, facenti parte del progetto “Sistema Logistico Italia”.

Of this scenery segnatamente makes China it departs with which has been founded a joined Government Committee that has predisposed and compiled the MOU (Memorandum Of Understanding) that in date November 13 th 2006 has been undersigned at the respective Ministers of Foreign Affairs Them Zhaoxing and Of Alema. Now, for the Italian part, it is necessary to give some concrete signals for the realization of the different points among which there is that related to the ” Harbors and the Logistics “.
The proposal of the university motivates the why of the individualization of a meaningful sovra-regional area with the function of logistic base. Besides points out the forms and the necessary juridical tools so that the initiative passes from proposal to done concrete.
The NITEL, in the compartment of the logistics with semestral lilt monitora the state of advancement of the politics and the established initiatives, doing part of the project “System Logistic Italy.”
