The information are provided, pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and to EU Regulation No. 679/2016, to those who connect to the Consortium web services from website https://www.nitel.it. It is provided only for the NITEL Consortium website, not for other websites consulted by the user through links.
In the use of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The data processing is the NITEL Consortium (Rome, via Palestro, 95, 00185 – Rome VAT number IT01401990997). The processor is Prof. Michele Luglio.

Place of data processing
The processes related to the NITEL web services occur in the NITEL Consortium office and they are handle only by appointee technical staff or by casual appointee of maintenance services. No data derived from web service is disseminated. The personal data, provided by the users that require informative materials (such as newletters, etc.) are used in order to do request services or performances.
